What’s the difference between Mercedes Service A and Service B?
Service A is the smaller scheduled visit — oil, filters and safety checks. Service B is the larger one, adding items like brake fluid, dust and combination filters. They alternate, and we’ll tell you which one your car is due for and exactly what it includes.
Can an independent workshop update my digital service record?
Yes. We complete your Mercedes digital service record after each service, so the car’s history stays complete for warranty and resale.
Do you repair AIRMATIC air suspension?
We diagnose and repair air suspension faults — struts, compressors, valve blocks and leaks — and quote the repair before any parts are ordered.
Will servicing outside the dealer void my Mercedes warranty?
No. Australian Consumer Law protects your right to choose a qualified independent workshop, as long as servicing follows the factory schedule with appropriate parts — which is how every Memmotts service is done.
