Who we are

Memmotts Automotive is a family-owned vehicle servicing and repair business operating from two Brisbane workshops: Unit 1, 14 Cox Road, Windsor QLD 4030 and 142 Days Road, Grange QLD 4051. You can contact us about privacy at office@memmotts.com.au.

What we collect

When you book a service through this website or by phone, we collect the details needed to do the job: your name, phone number and email address, and your vehicle’s details (registration, make and model, year, odometer reading and a description of the work you’d like done).

How we use it

We use your information to manage your booking, carry out and record the work on your vehicle, contact you about your booking or your vehicle, and keep the service history that helps us look after your car over time. We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties except where needed to deliver our services (for example, parts suppliers or payment processing) or where the law requires it.

How it’s stored

Booking details submitted through this website are stored securely on our website server, hosted in Australia. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the business.

Cookies

This website uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function (such as those used by our booking system while you complete a booking). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Access, correction and questions

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you’d like to access or correct the information we hold about you, or have it removed, email office@memmotts.com.au or speak to us at either workshop and we’ll sort it out.
